Payment, Pricing, & Promotions
We accept payments via Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, all through payment providers like Stripe, PayPal, Google Pay, or Apple Pay. All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case an item is mislisted or pricing error is made, we reserve the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price and/or provide a refund.

Ordering
Upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or email us at orders@ilovetowalk.com. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we shall issue a return to you in the amount of the incorrect price. We cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by our customer service team in a timely manner. We reserve the right to amend the content of the website at any time. We strive to keep the information on our website as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to sending it out should we find any error.

How are your products made?
We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently.

How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at orders@ilovetowalk.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at orders@ilovetowalk.com within 14 days of receiving the order with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Any issues with your order must be brought up within 4 weeks after your order was placed.

Delivery & Shipping

Where do you ship to?
Currently, we only ship to customers in the United States.

When will I get my order?
Usually, it takes an average of 3–6 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. Depending on the types of items ordered, shipping time is estimated at 8-10 business days after the order is filled. We work hard to meet delivery estimates, but the estimated delivery date is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

Where will my order ship from?
We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities throughout the United States.

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?
Before getting in touch with us, please:

  • Wait a day or 2. Shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate – it’s not a guarantee.
  • Check your receipt and shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address. If you find a mistake in your entered delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.
  • Contact your local post office to see if they have your package.
  • If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office, contact us within 14 days after the expected delivery date at orders@ilovetowalk.com with your order number and details.

Returns

What’s your return policy?
All sales are final, however. we do offer returns and exchanges if there is something wrong with your order (i.e. you received the wrong item or the item is damaged). If you received the wrong item or an item is damaged upon receipt, please let us know by contacting us at orders@ilovetowalk.com within 14 days of the order delivery date.

We do not refund purchases due to delays in delivery or buyer’s remorse.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us no later than 14 days after receiving the item at orders@ilovetowalk.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we will help sort out any problems.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section. Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at orders@ilovetowalk.com within 14 days after delivery of your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund.
